PVC compound processing aid

PVC Compound Processing Aid S-11 is a composite formula, mainly used to replace the traditional ACR+CPE. It can improve the strength, flexibility, appearance quality and various physical, chemical indicators of PVC products.  Meanwhile, the cost could be reduced 15-18% compared with traditional ACR+CPE.

1st, this product can reduce the processing temperature by improving the processing performance of rigid PVC, promote the plasticization and melting of PVC resin.

2nd, it can improve PVC products appearance quality by improving the mechanical strength & melt strength; improving the thermal flow performance & extrusion speed of PVC resin, improving the elongation performance, etc.  The inside and outside of PVC products are more uniform.

3rd, the finished PVC product has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and aging resistance, and has good oil resistance, flame retardancy and coloring performance.
